Who handles complaints

Clarity Mortgages is part of the Clarity Wealth Management Group, LLM Argyll, Octagon Point, 5 Cheapside, London EC2V 6AA. Complaints received by CW Mortgages are managed under Clarity Wealth Management LLP’s internal complaints procedure.

What happens next

We will acknowledge your complaint promptly, investigate fairly, and aim to resolve it quickly. If we need more time we will keep you updated. We will send our final response within 8 weeks of receiving your complaint in line with FCA rules.

If you remain unhappy

You can refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service free of charge.
